Additional services and other provisions
The maximum weight of the shipment is 2500 kg.
The maximum weight of 1 piece of shipment is 1000 kg.
The maximum size of a piece shipment (L x W x H) is 3.50 m x 1.90 m x 1.70 m.
The maximum size of a pallet shipment (L x W x H) is 1.20 m x 0.80 m x 1.80 m.
Volumetric conversion 1 m3 / 250 kg
Price for each kilogram over 1000 kg: €0.20/kg
Toll fee: €0.02/kg
Return of the delivery note (electronic form) €2.60 / pc
Return of the EUR pallet €2.60 / pc
Storage within 3 days is free of charge and over 3 days €1.66 / day / 100 kg.
The cost of shipping for shipments over 2500 kg is determined individually.
The price for consolidation, deconsolidation and other handling of shipments is determined individually.
Repeated delivery of the shipment 1 x is free of charge
Failure to accept the shipment by the recipient even on the second attempt means the return of the shipment.
The return of the shipment is charged according to the current price list.
Shipment insurance up to a value of €2,000 is free of charge, over €2,000 is determined individually.
The administrative fee for additional insurance is €2.90.
The fee for cash on delivery up to €330 is €1.66; from €330 to €3300 is €5; from €3300 to €5000 is €20.
The cash on delivery amount is credited to the customer's account within 6 working days.
Oversized shipments delivered within 48 hours. Surcharge in the amount of 100% of the shipping fee or the transport of this shipment will be priced individually as a separate transport.
